Operator first. Consultant second.

I work on off-page SEO from the same side of the table as the client: deciding which pages matter, where authority is missing and whether a link is worth earning at all.

I do not treat links as inventory. I treat them as decisions that should help a real page compete.

Niaz Ahmad · Link building & off-page SEO

Build on work you can test, explain and improve.

My approach comes from growing my own publishing projects, including VapeFeat, in a competitive niche with restricted advertising options. That creates a useful discipline: the strategy has to work without hiding behind vague deliverables.

I combine competitor research, content strategy and manual outreach so each campaign has a commercial reason behind it. The goal is not a bigger spreadsheet. It is a stronger path from useful content to search visibility.

Own the recommendation

If I would not use the tactic on a site I care about, I will not recommend it to a client.

Explain the trade-off

Authority, relevance, speed and control rarely peak at the same time. Good strategy makes that visible.

Keep the operator close

You work directly with the person doing the research and shaping the campaign.

Proof should live in the work.

Case studies will document the starting point, decisions, links earned and movement observed. No guaranteed rankings and no unexplained screenshots.

A specialist relationship, not an account-management chain.

You share the target

Site, market, competitors and pages that matter.

I define the gap

What is missing, what is realistic and where to begin.

We review the evidence

Live work, placement context and the next decision.
